根據巴西木質(zhì)包裝材料新規定，陽(yáng)明海運(Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation)1月26日向客戶(hù)發(fā)布注意事項，詳情如下：

巴西農業(yè)當局于2015年9月公告木質(zhì)包裝材料新規定，未來(lái)所有進(jìn)出巴西港口的貨載，集裝箱當中有木質(zhì)包裝材料者，必須申報木質(zhì)材料之相關(guān)細節。自即日起，請于托書(shū)(shipping order/instruction)中載明您托運的集裝箱中所含木質(zhì)材料包裝屬以下哪一類(lèi)別：

Wooden Package Processed (經(jīng)加工之木材包裝)：

The packaging material is processed wood，a wood derivation made of fine wood carving plates.

Wooden Package Treated and Certified (經(jīng)處理/煙熏并經(jīng)認證之木材包裝)：

The packaging material has been treated and/or fumigated，and with a certificate.

Wooden Package Non-Treated and Non-Certified(未經(jīng)處理/煙熏且未經(jīng)認證之木材包裝)：

The packaging material has not been treated nor fumigated，and without a certificate.

對于未在托書(shū)上載明上述含有木質(zhì)包裝之貨載，陽(yáng)明海運將以”Not Applicable”向當地海關(guān)進(jìn)行申報;對于因申報錯誤或未申報而造成可能的費用、罰金及交貨延遲等，系貨主之責任，與陽(yáng)明海運無(wú)關(guān)，陽(yáng)明海運如因此受有任何損失，貨主應負賠償責任。
